At Fusion Fixings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and components are included, and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
