High type M6 Nyloc nut, a hex nut with a nylon insert that provides a locking action helping to prevent the nut from loosening due to vibration.

Manufactured in class 8 (8.8) steel with a (BZP) bright zinc plating, the P-type Nyloc nuts are also referred to as high-type Nyloc nuts and are generally thicker / higher than the T-Type variety. They are also known as nylon lock nuts or nylon locking nuts in the trade.
