Dome pop rivet

4.8 x 28mm dome pop rivet with a grip range of 20 -23mm. Designed to easily join two pieces of material together where there is no access to the back of the material.

 Known as blind rivets or dome head rivets and manufactured with a zinc plated steel mandrel and aluminium body.

Often used when maximum clamp-up and hole fill is required and manufactured with 2 core pieces, which include a rivet body and a mandrel.

The mandrel is pulled into the rivet gun which pulls the pop rivet body to compress it against the blind side of the material.

A simple, effective threadless fastener that ensures a secure hold and once done the mandrel then snaps off to leave a clean permanent finish.
