Large Flange Pop Rivets

4.8mm pop rivets with a grip range of 19.5 - 21mm and manufactured with a large flange which distributes the tension over a larger area. Ideal for softer material and designed to join material together where there is no access to the back of the material.

Also known as ‘blind rivets’, these large flange pop rivets are manufactured with two core sections, which includes an aluminium rivet body and a zinc plated steel mandrel. The mandrel is pulled into the rivet gun which in turn pulls the pop rivet body and compresses it against the blind side of the material.

This ensures a secure hold and once installed the mandrel then snaps off to leave a clean permanent finish.

An effective threadless fastener ideal when there is no access to the back of the material. Used across many industries by DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike.
